Two ways to put our seating in your container
Bring a finished spec and we'll build it under your label (OEM). Or bring a market, a price and a room and we'll design around them (ODM). The choice is yours; we'll just be straight about the lead-time trade-off — and it's bigger on fixed auditorium seating than on a task chair.
Most problems on a private-label order are decided long before production — in the sample. So we don't skip it. We confirm fit, fabric, mechanism and carton on a physical sample first, because a fault you catch on one chair costs a courier; the same fault on a full container costs a season. On cinema and care seating the sample stage matters even more, since you can't quietly swap 300 fixed seats or a care-home roll-out after delivery.
"We'd rather lose a week on sampling than have you lose a container. On fixed seating, the math isn't even close."
Brief & quote
Send the room, models or a drawing, quantities and market. We quote the build we'd actually recommend, not just the cheapest.
Sample
A physical sample: fit, fabric, mechanism, colour and packaging — signed off before any tooling.
Pilot & test
A short pilot run, plus BIFMA / EN bench testing and the fire/load reports your market needs.
Production & ship
FCL production with the carton spec proven in sampling. We pack gas lifts and mechanisms to survive the trip.
The parts that decide quality, not just assembly
- Mechanisms & framesTilt mechanisms, lift bases and fixed-seat steel standards tooled and assembled here.
- Private-label everythingLogo, colourway, fitted manuals and master-carton artwork to your brand.
- Documented testingBuilt to BIFMA X5.1 / EN patterns; SGS / TÜV and fire reports arranged per order.
- Export-grade packingCarton and mechanism packing tuned over years of FCL shipping to picky markets.

Tell us the room — we'll quote the seat that fits it
An office floor, a 300-seat hall or a care home reads very differently on a quote. Send the use case, quantities and market; if a job isn't a fit for us, we'll say so rather than burn your sampling budget.
